How Aevum Works
Every client shares the same Aevum method. The exact program they receive may differ: nutrition, measurement, technology and support, chosen around the person.

Step 01
It starts with understanding you.
First contact is a short consultation, typically around 10 minutes. A subsequent substantial appointment explores goals and relevant history. Tanita body composition measurement may be included where appropriate. The practitioner uses that information to understand what you need.

A short first conversation, then a fuller appointment.

Aevum Reset, Aevum Contour or Aevum Signature is recommended from goals, lifestyle, suitability and the level of support required. These are the principal directions. They are not the only programs available.

Aevum Reset does not include Emerald or Ballancer by default. Technology-led treatment belongs to appropriate Aevum Contour or Aevum Signature pathways. Event Contour is a shorter 10 or 12 session pathway for modest, localised goals. See it on Pricing

The exact experience depends on the pathway. Reset may begin with nutrition and lifestyle support. Technology-led programs may begin with Emerald, Ballancer and measurement.
Foundation
Nutrition, habits and accountability where the pathway needs them.
Treatment
Emerald and Ballancer on technology-led pathways, not assumed for everyone.
Review
Measure, interpret and change what is not working.
Emerald Laser
A non-invasive, non-contact, low-level green laser used on technology-led pathways, without surgery or injections.
Ballancer Platinum
Sequential pneumatic compression used on technology-led pathways, typically after Emerald.

Step 04
Measure. Understand. Adapt.
The usual measurement points are baseline, midpoint and final. A practitioner may scan more often when it is useful. Frequency and type of review depend on the pathway. A practitioner interprets the readings. Adjustments follow progress and individual requirements. Individual responses vary.
Baseline
A starting record, where measurement belongs in the pathway.
Midpoint
A check while the program is underway, where appropriate.
Final
A closing record, interpreted with the practitioner.
Additional measurements may be taken when they are useful. This is considered monitoring and guidance, not a guaranteed change.
Support beyond your program.
After an eligible Emerald-based pathway, Aevum Continue may be available as monthly or fortnightly maintenance. It is optional. It is not a required stage of the method.
Continue is for eligible clients after an approved Emerald-based Aevum pathway involving at least approximately 10 Emerald sessions. It is not an entry pathway. Reset alone does not automatically unlock Continue.
After the initial three-month Reset, some clients finish with a plan or move into another pathway. Continue Reset month-to-month for $399 per month after the initial 3-month commitment.
